Filming day 2

We all rose early and ready for a day filled with filming and fun. We once again rendezvoused around Isaacs house and all the equiptment was there so it seemed sensible. Before going out we edited the storyboard in accordance to our new storyline, bit more tedious than expected but determination got us through in the end. We left Isaacs around 11am with storyboard in hand alongside the equiptment.

Isaac already knew which scenes needed tweaking as we had previously rendered the clips onto his computer to allow for more filming. Initially we were all very happy with the shots but felt the storyline seemed a bit 'empty'.

We arrived at our last location where numerous different shots could be filmed early. This allowed us to have a group meeting, we sat down after setting up the equiptment and discussed which scenes we were going to film as Lauren (female lead) would be meeting us a bit later on in the day.

All the shots needing only Isaac were shot very quickly and efficiently, we found the storyboard came in handy and was more useful than expected as we did not really keep to the specifications of our storyboard in AS. The little details such as angle of camera and shot type (medium close up etc) also was helpful.

Lauren was bang on time and we filmed all her shots with ease. Really the word to describe our whole filming experience at A2 was 'SIMPLE'.

We really felt we had progressed a lot since AS and have much better filming experience, this was reflected in the time it took to gather all the shots. Our whole media knowledge helped out in every aspect of the two day duration and we used every trick, shot type and variety we could to really convey true emotions and a storyline through our video.
Special thanks to Isaac Warburton and Lauren Hichens for starring in our video.
